Scott is a steward of Life, inside and out and in all directions...
Scott (he/him) is a wilderness rite of passage guide, consent embodiment coach, and cross-cultural land steward who has given his life to restoring relations for more than 20 years. Embodying consent in service to Life is the ground upon which he stands.
A son of North Sea ancestors and born on Ohlone homelands, for nearly a decade Scott helped steward Payahuunadü lands back into Indigenous care with the Three Creeks. Since hospicing his mother through Alzheimer's and his dad through cancer, he’s guided countless people through rites of passage with the School of Lost Borders. He has been supporting people into wholeness and belonging ever since.
Scott knows potency, how it gets stuck or goes sideways, and how to free those creative energies with integrity. He sees the Wheel of Consent as an essential practice and believes this can contribute powerfully to anyone’s liberation and sovereignty. Scott works with diverse groups, couples and individual clients, and is often working with cis-het white men.
After living for nearly a lifetime along the wild California coast and eastern Sierra in Payahuunadü, USA, Scott is now stoked to live with his partner Darcy in the Methow Valley near the North Cascades in North Central Washington. His grounded, wise and playful presence and his sound commitment to his work for future generations radiates vitality into everything he does. He is a bird whisperer, a lover, a brother and a village cook.

Some of what people are saying:
“Scott brings an incredible presence and level of consciousness to his work. As a nature mentor, the wild lives deeply in him and reverberates in the awareness he activates, the questions he asks. Further, there is a way he listens that brings an alchemical transformation through witness, empathy and wisdom. When choosing a guide or coach, a key criteria is “does this person live their talk.” With Scott, the answer is a resounding “Yes!” Grateful for the support and connection Scott has graced my life with these past 20 years.” ~MM
“Scott Davidson is the kind of man that has revived my hope in humanity and in the collective work men and all people can do to be open hearted, kind, intentional, and liberated in their relationships between human and more than human beings. His tending of transitions emotionally, spiritually, and physically has changed my life in deeply transformative and positive ways. I’ve witnessed his devotion to tending grief, fires, the earth, homes, and the hearts of so many with the utmost respect and care. His approach is relational, trauma-informed, ethical, and incredibly effective. If you feel the call to work with Scott and are lucky enough to connect with him, I can assure you that you will be in good hands. He has supported me, my relationships, and the world to feel more free, whole, and aligned. I am grateful and inspired by the many gifts he has to give his communities.” ~RR
“We both really loved our session with you yesterday. It felt kind and easy while bringing up important questions and inquiries that are hard for us to do alone.” ~K&L
“I consistently feel safe with him, with all parts of me welcome, never feeling judged. He recognizes my worthiness, my value, my enoughness, even in really hard times. I really appreciate Scott’s willingness to share authentically and transparently about himself (unlike therapists), allowing me to trust him more. His willingness to use various ways of communication, sharing photos, audio notes, texts, emails, at any time, and his consistent prompt responsiveness. I really feel like he is walking with me through it all. It feels like he is actually game for whatever dance is needed to be danced for healing and thriving.” ~JW

Scott makes his home along the Twisp and Methow Rivers in the Methow Valley, Okanogan County, in North Central Washington, stolen lands of the Mətxʷú people and the many other-than-human beings that survive and thrive throughout the watershed.
